Don is the fourth named storm of the 2017 Atlantic Hurricane Season. It formed as a tropical storm on 17 July at 21:00 UTC, east of the Windward Islands. Don moved quickly westward within the strong trade-wide flow, reaching the southern Windward Islands on 19 July at 00:00 UTC as a tropical storm.
