CCRIF SPC is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel/Corporate Secretary to provide expert legal advisory services, ensure corporate governance compliance, and facilitate Board and Committee operations. This pivotal role involves managing statutory records, regulatory filings, and legal communications while supporting the CEO and Board of Directors in fulfilling their governance responsibilities.
Key duties include coordinating Board and Committee meetings, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with governance policies. The Legal Counsel/Corporate Secretary will also maintain confidential corporate records and provide legal advice on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal education with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in legal advisory, corporate governance, or compliance roles. Certifications in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Practice are advantageous, and knowledge of Cayman Islands law is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required and proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
