The Accountant role at CCRIF SPC is a full-time position focused on handling accounts payable, assisting with premium collections and claims settlement, and preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements. The Accountant also supports audits, budget preparation, and maintains accurate financial records in compliance with CCRIF’s Operations Manual.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with an ACCA or equivalent certification. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and treasury, preferably in financial services or insurance. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software and knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards are essential. Some familiarity with parametric insurance is an advantage.
The incumbent should also be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and must be highly proficient in English (oral and written). Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
